By submitting the form below, I acknowledge that I understand price changes are possible up to the time of final invoicing due to exchange rates, increases in carrier charges, fuel costs, taxes and tariffs, the number of passengers traveling in the group, etc. Prices are land only, per person and based on double occupancy (two people sharing a room). Limited single rooms are available at an additional cost. If you are traveling solo and would like to be paired with a same gender roommate, let us know and we will try to match you. Air from your home departure airport is available. Please ask for a quotation. Once confirmed, cancellation/change penalties will apply. **Please refer to your desired tour information page for payment deadlines and cancellation fee schedule. ** Travel insurance is optional and additional, but highly recommended. Ask your agent for details. Organizers reserve the right to modify itinerary if necessary. Itineraries are subject to change due to weather, traffic or other unexpected delays. Adjustments, if necessary, will be made accordingly by your tour staff with the best interest of entire group in mind. Refunds will not be issued due to unexpected changes in itinerary. While we do our best to accommodate all, your tour may involve walking over uneven surfaces, climbing stairs, some inclines and hills, embarking and disembarking a ferry or other watercraft. Many international hotels do not have an elevator and stairs may be required to access your bedroom. Please speak to your travel consultant if you have any mobility difficulties. We recommend guests pack, layered clothing and wear flat, comfortable shoes. Guests should also bring rain gear in case of inclement weather. Unless otherwise indicated, all lodging will have a private bathroom (not guaranteed to be in room), some with shower only. Bathtubs are limited. Wi-Fi is limited in many areas while traveling internationally, as well as in some areas of hotels. Items of personal nature (shopping, snacks, drinks during meals), any additional tours or evening activities you choose to partake in, gratuities to driver and guides are all expenses not included in your tour price unless indicated. Tipping is at your discretion and is not mandatory. 

Submission of your tour registration is your acknowledgement, understanding and agreement to the terms and conditions for your desired tour.  

An agent will be in contact with you within 48 hours (may be longer over weekends and holidays) to secure payment, discuss trip protection and airfare if desired.
